Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment All class bookings must be made in advance through our online system or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept payments via credit/debit card. 2. Cancellations and Refunds Classes are non-refundable. In case of instructor cancellations or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative class will be provided. 3. Attendance and Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be allowed to join the session to prevent disruption. No-shows are non-refundable. 4. Code of Conduct Participants must be respectful to instructors, staff, and fellow attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund. 5. Photo and Media Release By attending our classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and educational purposes. These images and videos may be used on our website, social media, marketing materials, and other media platforms. If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, please notify us in writing before the class or inform the instructor upon arrival. We respect your privacy, and any requests to opt out will be honored. 6. Health and Safety Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the class. Please follow instructor guidelines for safety. 7.
